New WaveDancz™ Transformative Movement Class

Char Tara Albert is introducing a unique practice called WaveDancz to the Vero Beach area. Utilizing yoga, dance, breathing, and toning, this new technique creates a “sweet release leaving you exploding with vitality,” says Char.

By practicing Iyengar Yoga postures, the student will optimize skeletal alignment which brings the 7th or Crown Chakra in line with the 1st or Root Chakra. This increases circulation along the energy lines, thus reducing physical and emotional stress. Dance moves balance and strengthen the body, mind, and heart for radiant health and peaceful sleep. “Wave Breathing” unlocks pent up tensions from the diaphragm and increases flexibility and ease in the yogic poses. By expanding the breath, old traumas, pain, or other fixations can be cleared. Toning is sung in multiple octaves to develop breath control and a more powerful voice.

For information about classes and workshops contact Char Tara Albert at charstara@gmail.com, call 888-551-6764, or visit www.WaveDancz.com.
