Fighting Cancer through Nutrition
Appleseed Health Foods is delighted to join forces with The Cancer Project and local instructor Susie Fricker to share the importance of good nutrition with the community. Designed by physicians and registered dieticians, each class includes information about how foods work to promote or discourage cancer growth and provides cooking demonstrations of simple and healthy recipes. The Cancer Project promotes cancer prevention and survival through a better understanding of cancer causes, particularly the link between nutrition and cancer. The four-class series includes: Introduction to How Foods Fight Cancer; Fueling Up on Low-Fat, High-Fiber Foods; Discovering Dairy and Meat Alternatives; and Cancer-Fighting Compounds and Healthy Weight Control.

Lily’s Organic Produce is pleased to announce the success and expansion of a newly formed organic produce and natural foods co-op. The co-op offers three different sizes of fresh organic produce boxes every Tuesday along with a variety of all-natural grocery items including cage-free, organic eggs. The co-op was founded by a group of moms tired of the high price of organic produce from grocery stores. “It can be very expensive to eat fresh, organic food, especially for a family,” says Brandy Arrajj. “We found the solution: fresh organics at wholesale prices in your community.” Volunteer coordinators provide pick-up at six different Brevard locations, keeping overhead to a minimum, so the savings is passed down to members. The large box is $30 and contains about a dozen varieties of the most commonly eaten fruits and vegetables. Brandy adds, “Many of the members have found this size box to be ideal for meal planning for an entire week.”
The co-op has no fee and no commitment to buy every week. To order, email
frutnnuts@aol.com or call 321-795-3458. For more information, visit www.lilysorganicproduce.com.MELT Available in Vero Beach

Dr. David Che announces the release of his new book, The Total Law of Attraction. This book is a direct and practical approach to explaining the inner secrets of the mind to help anyone attract their desires.
Inside Total Law Of Attraction Dr. Che avoids the usual motivational approach and goes straight to the point. He explains how modern quantum physics is proving that our thoughts and especially our emotions create our physical reality. Dr. Che goes in depth on the subject of the subconscious mind. “This is of extreme fundamental importance to understanding the law of attraction, but it is amazing how often it is neglected. Using the law of attraction to successfully attract our desires is a scientific process and requires one to understand many details for it to work properly,” explains Dr. Che.
In The Total Law of Attraction you will find out: why positive thinking alone does not work, why believing is not just wishful thinking, what is the one law that is directly opposite but of equal importance to the law of attraction, and why thinking about your desire too much can actually prevent you from getting it. Dr. Che offers step-by-step instruction for how to apply the law of attraction in an easy to read, common sense style.
For more information visit www.TotalLawofAttraction.com. The book is available on bluenotebooks.com or amazon.com.

Infrared Technology in Melbourne
New Energy Thermal Diagnostics is excited to be able to provide infrared thermography to local residents. Infrared thermography is a leading-edge energy tool used in uncovering hidden problems in buildings utilizing a technique that produces visible images from thermal patterns. Infrared thermography enables real-time non-destructive analysis of building envelopes, roofs, and electrical systems. Specific applications include
water intrusion, commercial roofing surveys, energy surveys, after storm assessment reports, and more. In addition to helping assess existing buildings, the infrared thermography can be used for new building projects. By using this technology throughout the entire construction process, builders and roofers can have confidence that they will reach quality control measures, meet building regulations, and ensure the building’s overall efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and comfort. Evolution of this technology has reached a point where it is now possible to perform infrared thermal scans and diagnose issues that are invisible through normal inspection processes. New Energy Thermal Diagnostics is one of the few companies in Florida that specializes in performing thermal imaging that uncovers and identifies potential hidden building defects in commercial, multi-family, and residential properties through infrared thermography surveys. For more information visit
