Spinal Decompression Available in Rockledge

The Spinal Aid Center offers a relatively new technology called non-surgical spinal decompression, a treatment that offers new hope to sufferers of severe, chronic back pain. Dr. Michael Bishop, of the Rockledge Spinal Aid Center, says he added the scientific discovery to his facility to offer the breakthrough option for his patients with chronic back pain who were convinced that pills and surgery were their only option to relieve pain.

“In many cases of back pain, bulging or herniated disc material is often the culprit. The bulging material puts pressure on the nerves and creates pain that can travel into the buttocks and even down the legs,” explains Dr. Bishop. “Non-surgical decompression relieves pain by stretching the spine, effectively creating a vacuum (negative pressure) that draws the bulging and herniated disc material back into place. As the pressure decreases, so does the pain.”

Unlike surgery, there is no recovery period for non-surgical spinal decompression. Patients may go home or return to a non-strenuous activities after their treatment. The cost is less than one-tenth the cost of back surgery.

For more information call 321-633-1400 for a free DVD or a free consultation with the doctor. www.spinalaid.com.
