Weight Loss without Willpower Available

"Americans spend over $30 billion annually on weight loss programs and yet two-thirds of American adults are overweight," explains Andrea Earl of USANA Health Sciences. "Americans live fast paced lifestyles and are eating highly processed foods that literally create addictions that are impossible to shake with willpower alone." Andrea contends that diets fail because they are a short-term solution to a long-term problem, and that problem is one of lifestyle.

USANA Health Sciences offers a solution that doesn’t require willpower. You can literally eat as many fruits, vegetables, whole-grain foods as you want. There are low-glycemic products, such as shakes and nutrition bars for the grab-and-go lifestyle. Supplement those foods with high-quality cellular nutrition products, such as a mega-antioxidant and accompanying minerals with the right balances. And finally, they recommend plenty of moderate exercise such as vigorous walking, a callisthenic routine, or jumping rope. Andrea offers, "Your waistline will turn around in no time. USANA’s Reset and Follow-on program helps you break the addiction because these foods give you plenty of energy without spiking your blood sugar."

For more information contact Andrea Earl by email at island_grl@comcast.net or call 772-766-0662.

Body Wrap Technique Now Available

An instant trimming technique invented by Hollywood figure consultant Victoria Morton is now offered in Brevard County at The Measured Difference.

"Our process trims away 6 to 20 inches – and using a common sense lifestyle the inches stay off," reports Louise Kleba, owner of The Measured Difference in Cape Canaveral. "Using a safe, natural, homeopathic mineral solution, our body wrap works on all your problem areas leaving a smoother, firmer, visually slimmer appearance in just one hour."

Through special techniques the non-dehydrating wrap can improve the overall appearance of the body. Overall inch loss is usually around 15 inches. "We guarantee at least a six inch loss or the second wrap is free – although it will depend on the body and how much there is to lose in the first place," Ms Kleba assures.

Many clients get wrapped on a regular basis specifically for the calming and de-stressing effects that the wrap gives them. There is no one answer to how many wraps you may want to get or how often. One wrap is enough for some people, while others enjoy a series of wraps until they achieve their personal goal. Each client receives a complimentary consultation to assist her or him in determining the right package to achieve their goals.

The Measured Difference is located at 7412 N. Atlantic Ave. in Cape Canaveral. Call for appointments 321-866-0220.

The Chopra Center Meditation Course offered in Cocoa Beach

Meditation is a vital cornerstone of Chopra Center teachings. Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, bring balance into work, life, and restore wellness. Chopra and Simon have revived this ancient process and made it available in a format that can be easily learned by everyone.

Not only do they teach this method of meditation at their seminars throughout the world, but they have trained other instructors to teach it as well through an intensive certification course. Local Author Gives Profits to Charities

Adam Byrn Tritt, award-winning poet, essayist, and author of numerous anthologies and books, is proud to be donating his online profits to Micro-loans. Adam is the author of Tellstones: Runic Divination in the Welsh Tradition and The Phoenix and the Dragon: Poetry of the Alchemical Transformation.

Micro-loans assist women to be independent with small businesses of their own. These small loans from $25 to $100 are enough, in rural, third-world communities, to purchase breeding pairs of animals, sewing machines, fruit trees and other capital. Micro-loans break the cycle of poverty. They have low to no interest and an exceptionally high rate of payback which is used to create more micro-loans. Some even require the loan be paid forward instead.

Micro-loans mean women do not need to depend on charity, get married or suffer abuse to live. Communities with Micro-loan programs show dramatic increases in health and staggering decreases in HIV/AIDS. With his Publisher, Smithcraft Press, Tritt has chosen Heifer International and NamasteDirect to manage these loans.

For more information contact Adam at adam@adamtritt.com or web sites www.adamtritt.com or www.amazon.com.
